What You’ll Bring:✔ Previous experience in an asphalt crew or labouring role
✔ MR Truck Licence (highly desirable)
✔ Competency in operating asphalt equipment, including Bobcats, Pavers, Screed Boards, Steel Rollers, and Multi Rollers
✔ A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
✔ Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
✔ A strong commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture
